My stay at this hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, the noise from slamming doors was a constant issue. The staff provided excellent service, although they were a bit insistent on the timeshare presentation. The location has improved overall, offering a lovely setting by the Gulf with some maintenance issues. The dining experience was average, with limited options and some pushy tactics. Despite some downsides, the facilities were enjoyable and well-maintained.

I found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable, which was a huge plus. However, the constant slamming of doors and heavy sliding onto balconies made it quite noisy at times.

The staff at the hotel were very courteous, went out of their way to assist us during check-in, and overall, they were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the persistence on attending the Wyndham Timeshare presentation.
